We will arrange replacement parts or, in necessary cases, a complete replacement while covering all outgoing and return shipping costs. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report a claim. Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may not be covered by POLYWOOD.
If only a part of the product needs to be replaced, we will typically request that you recycle the damaged or defective piece. For full product replacements, we will issue a shipping carrier call tag to bring the merchandise back to our facility. Please make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.

I was turned on to Maytronics by a neighbor. He says his pool guy cleans the Dolphin filters every week, but with the wind we’ve had the past couple weeks, I clean ours after every use. It takes 2 minutes and it’s ready to go.

Does a GREAT job and cleans the water line. It does miss a few spots (mostly in the corners). I picked up a cheap wall/corner scrubber and that gets what's missed.

This machine is the best choice I’ve made to maintain my clean pool.
I can't say enough about how well the M550 cleans; it's exceeding my expectations. Here in Phoenix the monsoons come out of nowhere and destroy your pool, but the M550 is a rock star and in two hours the pool is back to where it was. The super fine filter is the magic, you can run back-to-back clean cycles in a clean pool, and it'll still pick up dirt you had no idea existed in your pool. I can easily say our pool has never been this clean. It's also easy to retrieve from the pool, clean the filter, manage the cable/hose, the power module, the app is actually user friendly and simple as well. I didn't think having a caddy was that big of a deal but it's of great help. Pretty much anyone can grab it, put it on the caddy and put it up. I can't believe I tried a cordless, corded is the way to go for us, just all -around easier. Special shout out to the man Johnny. Thankfully I ran across his comparison chart when I did. My advice is to stick with Pelican and Dolphin and you'll be happy!
This is a huge upgrade from my Nautilus CC plus. I never imagined that my pool water would look so crystal clear. This has cut back my pool maintenance time to a minimum, well worth the cost.

Excellent experience. Customer service was great with Pelican. The T2000 shipped from coast to coast and arrived in perfect shape as packaging is well done. The Dolphin has worked flawlessly and does an awesome job of vacuuming sand. Sand is the culprit for us and the extra fine filter included does the job. Highly recommend Pelican and Dolphin.

Worked like a charm!
I bought one in 2016. Used it for 4 yrs. Moved away from pool home. Gave it to my Dad. He has been using that one for 6 yrs with no problems. I ended up building my forever home after retirement and originally bought the scuba pro. POS. Ended up returning that machine and went with my new dolfin M400 and this is what it picked up going right behind the SMP. So. All I can is if you dont think this machine is good. Here is the absolute truth it does. Down to the finest tiny little particles. I give it a 20 out of 10. You will not be disappointed I. An promise you that.
Cleans everything in the pool; floor, walls, tile line (even coming out of the pool to clean the tile), and surprisingly it does the underside of our man-made boulders that come into the pool; cleaning upside-down (in the past my suction-side cleaner never cleaned the boulder or the tile). I am currently running the cleaner every-other day. I remove the unit after every cleaning. I also clean the filter after each use. I am amazed that the filter can trap algae.
I love these of putting the robot in the pool in 2 1/2 hours later. It’s cleaned everything out of the bottom of the pool inside the pool and I put it back on the stand clean out the basket and it’s ready for the next time that I need it.

Robot vacuum does a great job of picking up debris and gunk from the pool. Love that it also scrubs the water line, and it's easy to clean. I run it once a week and I've been really happy with the results.

I wasted too many years fussing with vacuum type pool sweeps! The EOS 120d is so neat and performs so well. The ONE app is cumbersome, but you don’t need it: ‘just push the front mounted buttons on the EOS, select the task you want and drop it in your pool’. Recharging the batteries is easy and fast. Also, the EOS 120d is easy to charge and store: Just stand it on its hind legs and put it on a strong lower shelf!

The Dolphin S2000 (Wally as we named it) is as simple to operate as it gets. Plug in the master controller and connect the chord from the robot and drop it in the water. Use the mobile app to set cleaning mode and press start. It’s that simple. What I’m really impressed with is the way it removes the grit from all the surfaces including the walls, and I also noticed my tiles are brighter than usual before using the Dolphin. It does a great job job in the main stairs and the pool looks awesome. Hope you check out my video.
Really enjoying the power of the M600. It is very thorough and is able to handle my 20x40 even with a 9.5’ depth and steeper walls in the hopper. It is easy to clean and the app is easy to operate.
This is our first pool robot. It cleans the pool well and is a lot of fun to watch. So long to the vacuum pole and that unruly hose. Wish I would have bought one sooner.
I have the maytronics m550 pool cleaner that I bought from pelican pools and this machine works like a fast moving state of the art tank. Best pool cleaner I have owned it does not get stuck on my 2 inch high drain cleaner it will sit and clean drain cleaners for about 30 seconds and just glides right off which my 1700 dollar sigma never did. The m550 is worth every dollar if you like crystal clear clean water . The m550 will climb to tile and scrub all algae off wall and yellow mustard gone forever and bottom floors so clean. Thanks to pelican customer service and support they are truly the best with warranty service also.
So far it is doing really good job.

Greetings, I am Dr. Hamid Sanaseri. I have been a pool owner since 1999, maintaining my own pool for years using various cleaning devices based on older technology that required booster pumps, thereby increasing electricity costs. In recent years, robotic pool cleaners have entered the market. I have conducted extensive research, including reviewing YouTube videos, to educate myself on this technology. Upon opening my pool this year, I decided to purchase a robotic cleaner capable of cleaning the pool floor, walls, and waterline. Initially, I acquired a high-end robotic cleaner from Polaris, a leading manufacturer of pool pumps, pool cleaning and filters. The product was advertised as capable of cleaning the floor, walls, and waterline. After using it for seven to ten days and monitoring its performance each time, I observed that while it cleaned the floor adequately, it failed to reach the waterline; it would slide down halfway up the wall. Dissatisfied with this performance, I returned the unit. Subsequently, I researched and reviewed videos from other manufacturers. I ultimately selected the M600 Maytronics Dolphin Robotic Pool Cleaner, determining it to be the superior option. Although it is somewhat expensive, I believe the investment is justified. I apologize for any shortcomings in my presentation; I am not a professional video producer or advertiser, but rather an honest pool owner concerned with ensuring a clean environment for my children. I leave it to your discretion to evaluate my observations regarding the M600 Maytronics Dolphin. I had watched several videos of other Matronic robots, but Pelican reviews were great. They listed the pros and cons of each robot. I was able to speak with them on the phone because I live in Florida. They were very helpful and helped me make the best choice for my pool. They shipped it the next day. I love the fact that they warrantied my product and will pay for shipping to them if there should be a problem. I highly recommend them.
It’s a replacement for my old Dolphin pro because they don’t make those anymore . I’m not as happy with this one because it tangles the cord easily and is constantly doing wheelies and doesn’t make contact with the pool floor regularly.
