Robot vacuum does a great job of picking up debris and gunk from the pool. Love that it also scrubs the water line, and it's easy to clean. I run it once a week and I've been really happy with the results.

It’s a replacement for my old Dolphin pro because they don’t make those anymore . I’m not as happy with this one because it tangles the cord easily and is constantly doing wheelies and doesn’t make contact with the pool floor regularly.

I went with your advice on which to buy and I purchased the Active 2000. The first time I used it I can honestly say my pool was the cleanest it has ever been. I was surprised how heavy (sturdy) it was when I first lifted it out of the box and the paperwork you provided with it was very helpful. Using the app is very easy also!

I was skeptical at first because we have a very different inground pool with a concrete bottom and corrugated stainless steel sides that was put in in the late 70's. This machine does an amazing job.

This is my 4th pool cleaner. I gotta say, hands down the best one yet. My first two were also dolphins, but the new design, the clean out basket, and the brushes, 100% upgrade from the old units. And a very fair price for it as well. Let me tell you I did my homework on which one to buy. And was really thinking hard on another brand, but I decided in the end to go back with the Dolphin product. I have no regrets.

I received all the emails from you and am not ignoring them. The pollen was still so bad when the robot arrived that I was struggling to get that under control so it could be vacuumed. It was weeks of it sprinkling the water's surface. I've only used it 4 times since it was delivered. I am surprised that there doesn't seem to be a pattern that the robot follows. A video for the 2000 would be helpful with more detail. Just attaching everything and putting it in the water isn't enough. We've had our pool for 35 years. I'm its primary caregiver and am very familiar with how to maintain it. I have learned a few thing on my own. If there are stubborn areas, they need to be brushed to lift the dirt or whatever it is that is attached to the liner so the robot can pick it up. I keep the pump on but it gets stuck on the main drain outlet. So, I turn off the main drain and only run the skimmer. That seems to help. I do keep an eye on all of this. Plus, it will stop on its own after about 2 1/2 hours. The last time I used the robot, the pool was very clean when done. I didn't brush those stubborn areas, so they remained. We had a house full of company for several days. We live in the country with a long dirt road that leads to our house and pool area. It is something I have dealt with for decades. I recently downloaded the app but haven't had time to get it set up. It will be interesting to see what that will do. I think I have made a good decison with this purchase. I just need time to get used to it.

I've only used it 3 times but so far so good. It did a great job covering all the nooks in the pool. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is it's advertised as having "innovate swivel technology" to keep the cord from tangling. There is no "Swivel." The cord does not spin inside the junction so there is a memory to the cord twisting and wanting to roll itself in a certain direction just like other brands. So I have to untwist it after each use. Its not too bad and doesn't cause any issues. Other than that, it cleans really well and its easy to remove the filter and wash it out.
