I love these of putting the robot in the pool in 2 1/2 hours later. It’s cleaned everything out of the bottom of the pool inside the pool and I put it back on the stand clean out the basket and it’s ready for the next time that I need it.
They made it so easy to place an order, shipped fast!
Our son has more time to himself because he doesn’t have to vacuum his pool by hand!!! The Dolphin does a beautiful job!!! Thank you!!!
We shopped around when our current dolphin finally quit working after 8 years. Pelican was very helpful by having a comparison of the different cleaners and gave honest feedback on each one. It was delivered when promised and they checked in to see if the cleaner was working well and if I had any questions. Great customer service.

Got the Dolphin Premium 3000 from Pelican Shops. I’ve owned pool robots for more than 30 years and the latest version from Maytronics has fabulous features from the cavernous filter basket to the ability for complete control of cleanings utilizing the Dolphin app. Pelican Shops answered all my questions before the purchase and I hope I’ll never need them to service it, but if I do I know it will be in good hands and done right. Very happy with my purchase and the great communication from Pelican Shops.

Love my new dolphin, corded is the way to go. Lightweight, no charging, does a great job cleaning in a short amount of time, and I love the caddy and cover for storage. YouTube video on robots was very informative and helpful. Ordering was easy, shipping was super quick, and the enhanced warranty coverage couldn’t be better.
The service was very welcoming and friendly to solve my issues and find the right Medtronic's product for my needs. I'm happy and that is what it is all about.
The robot T3000 gets stuck on my stairs and the drain. Maybe I can get a different drain cover. I didn't realize there are two baskets in one. You need to pull out the inner one and clean both. My previous battery robot cleaned and scrubbed better, without getting stuck. Maybe I should have got the one with 3-active brushes. I am somewhat disappointed since this robot costs much more than my previous one. I will be happy if this robot lasts a lot longer than 3 years.
Have had the dolphin for several weeks. For our pool if works very well and she's a great job of cleaning. It occasional flips over in one corner, but aside from that it performed as hoped.
Store rep did a great job explaining the model that I wanted. Buying and shipping were geeat.
