We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
LEAD TIMES
Most of Polyword's products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
POLYWOOD WARRANTY INFORMATION
In the unlikely event your polywood order arrives to you in less than perfect condition (damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective by our fault or carrier error), Please let us know by emailing us at support@pelicanshops1.com
We will arrange replacement parts or, in necessary cases, a complete replacement while covering all outgoing and return shipping costs. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report a claim. Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may not be covered by POLYWOOD.
If only a part of the product needs to be replaced, we will typically request that you recycle the damaged or defective piece. For full product replacements, we will issue a shipping carrier call tag to bring the merchandise back to our facility. Please make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
