Cleans everything in the pool; floor, walls, tile line (even coming out of the pool to clean the tile), and surprisingly it does the underside of our man-made boulders that come into the pool; cleaning upside-down (in the past my suction-side cleaner never cleaned the boulder or the tile). I am currently running the cleaner every-other day. I remove the unit after every cleaning. I also clean the filter after each use. I am amazed that the filter can trap algae.
Great robot! Upgrading from an Aquabot t1000 turbo that finally died. This robot does not get caught on the bottom drain like the Aquabot, is about 100x easier to empty debris out of and clean. Love the scheduling features, different clean options, cool night lights... And the "pick me up" option for easy retrieval at the edge of the pool!
The Dolphin Active 60 is amazing! It does a great job of cleaning my entire pool (as well as the walls and waterline). I am very pleased with the product, but even more impressed with the service I've received from Pelican Shops. That have been absolute rock stars in the entire process (education, product selection, support, etc). Outstanding pool cleaner. Dolphin is expensive, but worth the money. My only hesitation on the Dolphin Active 60 is that it doesn’t get the sand on the pool steps. But , either does my pool service guy. The Dolphin Active 60 does a Great job. Always ready to clean….👍

The one I returned the 3000 had issues. I love the Active 60. The price is a bit high but the performance is outstanding.

The unit working great for now and hoping for a long operational future. The only down fall is that it's heavy for a 70 yr. old guy when retrieving it out of the pool. That's a human issue not the units fault. lol...
As a new pool owner, I spent some considerable time weighing the options for a robotic pool cleaner. So many brands, options, and price points made it especially confusing. Then I stumbled upon Pelican Shops 1 website. I had already decided on a corded Dolphin. So I called and spoke with John. He was extremely helpful in making my decision. Great Product
I purchased the Dolphin Active 60 because I previously had 2 Polaris pool cleaners that broke so I decided to go a different route. The cleaner works great, the app is easy to use and the bin full notification is an amazing feature to have. No more pulling the robot out of the pool only to find you didn’t need to. The only complaint I have is when it does come time to take the robot out of the pool the lift system takes FOREVER! The robot takes a while to power up, when it does it can’t make up its mind where it wants to go, and when it does it seem to take the longest path possible. The main reason I bought this was because of the excellent customer service from Pelican Shops and their in-depth YouTube video. The guys over there are extremely knowledgeable and patient answer all my questions before making my purchase. I’m confident that if anything were to happen to this unit they would take care of it.

The Dolphin Active 60 was the best pick for my pool and environment. Like anyone trying to sort through the array of pool cleaners I feel I managed to pic the best and correct one for my application. The reason I was able to pic the correct one was watching the very intuitive video that Pelican Shops produced and I followed his recommendation. I am very impressed in the amount of sand and small particulates that it manages to remove. I am more than happy how it cleans the pool. Thanks Pelican Shops!

In general it’s a 5 star review, with some pros and some cons. This machine does do great job cleaning floor and walls in 2 hr auto mode. When it’s done and some corners still need extra time, it’s next to impossible to enable the manual drive. Once you get there, it’s not simple to navigate, it is a delayed reaction, learning curve for sure. Next is the retrieval, it comes to the edge of the pool(expect some time to pass from the button push)but not where you prefer, but where it wants to come up. Ok, but then it does not stop immediately when you pull it out of the water and it’s heavy, so if you drop it on the pool edge and rubber wheels are still turn, expect some deterioration if not damage. Next are the filters, the pleated filters are probably best, but cleaning them is another task. Using so much water and still not getting it cleaned, with all seeds and little vegetation stuck in crevices is neither good for the environment nor the filters. Obvious choice is the nylon filters if you don’t mind little micro particles left in the pool. Lastly, the cord is a pain to wind, but luckily I was able to delegate! Bottom line, good machine, not cheap. Hope it lasts many years, some learning curve. Not for older people with heavy lifting issues. Have to keep it close to the internet hub to employ remote functions successfully. For me it’s a keeper for now.
I like how the well the dolphin cleans. But very disappointed that the pickup feature does not work. And the robot gets stuck on the floor drain even with the pump turned off.

Good Experience from start to finish
Great cleaner, easy to use. Keeps walls clean and gets the leaves and sand from bottom. I do believe I over bought the cleaner I really needed and could have used a machine with fewer options. Filters, Water line cleaning and warranty were my main concern. Not excited about WiFi and scheduling as you should remove machine from pool after every cleaning to protect the parts from chlorine over exposure. Hence scheduling is mute and WI Fi serves no purpose except its kewl.
Fundamentally works as advertised. Suggestions: a mapping system for the app to control areas and a tail to scoop up debris from corners would help.
Really nothing to complain about. Shipped promptly and in good order. Robot does everything as advertised and extremely easy to maintain with the dual filter basket feature.
It is a great robot. It cleans very well. But it is not good on climbing steps. But otherwise I would highly recommend it.
