I have bought two dolphin robots from them for my job and if I run into an issue they have been super fast to respond and resolve my issues. I would honestly pay more for the same product, even though they have been close if not the best price, just for their customer service.
It was reasonably priced and had a quick delivery. Pool is crystal clear. I will use them again.
