The pelican s2000 works very well to clean all surfaces of my pool. I feel it is even more efficient while in floor only mode and picked up 99% of all debris on the pool floor. I was honestly shocked at how clean the pool looked after its circuit. It’s a bit pricey but the quality is definite and I would buy again. I do wish it came with a caddy however, but no biggie to store and carry.

This is the best pool cleaner we have had.

Recieved S2000 pool cleaner. It works great on walls and floor. Great suction! My steps are steep and curved so the cleaner backs down after the first step, and never gets stuck or tangled with the cord. Dauphin warns not to use corded pool cleaner in the rain due to control unit is not water proof. The collection basket is easy cleaning with hose. I recommend this cleaner because it does a wonderful job.

This is my second dolphin and I believe they are the best pool robots out there! They do what they are supposed to do, and last.

The information on the website was extremely helpful and the pool cleaner is working well. We love the ultrafine filter that comes with the unit. We are one season in going strong. FYI - it is comforting to know we have a two year warranty and that Pelican has such an outstanding service option for units purchased from them.

Overall, I am pretty happen with the Dolphin T2000. It does well cleaning walls and water line. It does go up the first two steps and is somewhat successful cleaning these. It will not get the very top step but it isn’t that big a deal. Our pool is about 42’ x 16.5 ft so it is really pushing the limits for this machine. I always have to run a second cycle beyond the initial 3 hr cycle time. It does have a large debris basket that is easy to empty and clean.

Purchased a Dolphin S2000 corded and it is amazing. Highly recommend this machine. It' a game changer. Removes all the fine dust/dirt. Could not be happier.

It is great at cleaning the pool, and the pleated filters work really well. The manual control seems kind of ridiculous to control, but that is not what I bought it for. The cleaner does what I bought it for very well.

the large basket is easy to clean and having the app lets me know how much time is left. worth every penny how well it cleans. this is my second matrons and both are super. the video by Pelican shops helped me make my decision. i was in norway, saw the video and ordered it excellent so far

The ordering process was extremely easy . I did everything via a phone call . Both gentleman I talked to ( two separate phone calls ) were very helpful and knowledgeable. I received my pool vacuum ( from New Jersey to central Illinois) in just a few days after ordering.

Installed S2000 a couple of weeks ago. Cleans extremely well. It replaced an S200. I very much prefer the S2000 over the S200 because it allows for scheduling cleaning for many weeks in advance versus one week at a time for the S200.

My pool has never been so clean! Very easy to set up and use, quickly cleans my pool, and almost no effort. We have an outdoor inground pool (no screening), so debris is a constant. We used to have a Kreepy Krauly that did a reasonable job but not able to do the hot tub area nor any good on the walls. It also required a lot of set up, tear down, and cleaning the pool filter afterwards. Now we are spoiled to having a spotless pool and hot tub all the time!

Does a good job cleaning my pool, and picking up that fine dirt and upper walls very good suction, it does get caught on my drain though.

I was turned on to Maytronics by a neighbor. He says his pool guy cleans the Dolphin filters every week, but with the wind we’ve had the past couple weeks, I clean ours after every use. It takes 2 minutes and it’s ready to go.

Zero regrets! This robot cleans my entire pool from top to bottom. Saves me so much time and effort!

The ordering process online with Pelican shops was easy, fast and accurate. The Dolphin S2000 works great in our 20K+ gallon pool. It picks up multiple small leaves still on a little branch to fine silt. The operating system couldn't be easier: Connect the power supply to an outlet, connect to the S2000 and put it in the pool. That's it. It runs for about 2.5 hours. As suggested by a technician at Pelican I remove it from the pool when it's finished. I highly recommend Pelican shops and the Dolphin S2000.

Perfect!!! Large in ground pool at our home. Does the job well. In my experience, corded it the way to go!!

Pelican was great to work with. I found there helpful videos on line. Then went to the website which was easy to understand and then since I live in Florida I decided to call. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Even though they are in NJ and I’m in Florida this was a great purchase for me and they stand behind their products.

Does a GREAT job and cleans the water line. It does miss a few spots (mostly in the corners). I picked up a cheap wall/corner scrubber and that gets what's missed.

It has potential but im very disappointed, first there are several places online that say this robot has a pickup mode/button, it does not, secondly it claims it has smart navigation/mapping HA! What a joke, that feature either doesn't work or its dump as a box of rocks, this is the issue im most disappointed in and ready to return due to it, it literally on every single cycle no matter what goes behind my steps, gets stuck and shuts down, absolutely useless, it it had legitimate navigation or mapping it wouldn't keep doing this and its not open back there, I have bars on each side of steps that kept last robot out but this one just forces itself through and up and over the bars and can't get back out ,this pos needs memory mapping to avoid this crap which I thought it had but apparently it does not, thrid the latch for the basket compartment keeps sticking and have to play with it to open. 4th the tracks constantly make a popping sound, not sure if this is normal and lastly the first one arrived completely broke and cracked, atleast they quickly sent a replacement, it does clean the floor, walls and water line great but it massively needs memory mapping and real navigation not whatever joke system it has now

I did a lot of research on pool robots. I was set on a cordless model. But after reading your information I realized that the dolphin corded model was the right one for my pool. It cleans my pool spotless. I’ve used a Polaris pressure model for years. My son saw this and is buying one for his pool. Thank you for the detailed comparison chart and usage advice!

I'd love to give 5 stars, but that would mean perfection. The folks at Pelican Shops are fantastic. They get 5 stars. There is one issue with the S2000, so 4 stars. And from what I've seen, pretty much all these robots have this problem. It gets hung up on the pool floor drains. It'll get high centered, and the treads just spin, but are not touching anything. Maybe Maytronics could design a periodic water jet from the bottom to lift it a bit. That might get it repositioned so the treads can grab something and get it moving again. It is still the best pool cleaner I've ever had.

This Dolphin does a pretty good job cleaning my pool. First let me say the pool is Grecian and octagon shaped, 18x36’ fairly large. It has a lot of corners, six different walls meet together in the bottom sloping in from the walls to 8.5’ depth. The cleaner even with an active brush cannot get into these. I would not advise a cleaner without an active brush (meaning it rotates constantly & doesn’t rely on forward motion to move it). One active bush is good, 2 is better yet. It does seem to miss overall areas at times & it takes mine the longest run time setting to do the job. This is my first electric cleaner so I have nothing to compare to. My plan was to clean once weekly taking in & out. That’s not sufficient. It still keeps me from having to brush & vacuum the entire pool so that’s why I gave it a 4.

I watched the viedo on pool vacuums and felt much more informed and your warranty and ability to service it and cover shipping cinched the deal. Very happy with my purchase

It does a good job, but when it goes up the wall sometimes when it gets to the top, it just stays way too long. I would actually like to know if there is a way to disable it being able to go up the walls.

The S2000 arrived quickly and it has been operating great! I can’t believe I went so long without having one. It’s easy to use, easy to clean out and keeps the poor sparkling clean. I couldn’t be happier.

The Dolphin S2000 (Wally as we named it) is as simple to operate as it gets. Plug in the master controller and connect the chord from the robot and drop it in the water. Use the mobile app to set cleaning mode and press start. It’s that simple. What I’m really impressed with is the way it removes the grit from all the surfaces including the walls, and I also noticed my tiles are brighter than usual before using the Dolphin. It does a great job job in the main stairs and the pool looks awesome. Hope you check out my video.

This is our first pool robot. It cleans the pool well and is a lot of fun to watch. So long to the vacuum pole and that unruly hose. Wish I would have bought one sooner.

It has been used over a month and so far I’m very pleased with the overall job it does. The reason I gave it 4stars is because it doesn’t clean my steps. It tries to get up on them but every time it gives up and goes back to the floor. Staff, website and reviews were extremely helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing. I would order from them 100% of the time.

While I very much like the ease of setting up and using my Dolphin Pool Vacuum, it does not thoroughly clean my pool in the standard time period. I need to run it longer to do so. In additon, I have a 12' step ledge on one side of my pool that is about 12" wide and it does not clean that.

The robot does a fantastic job with the micro filters! Actually removes dust and pollen and algae, not just scrub it to settle to the bottom. Pelican shops delivered quickly and the rebate was fast!

My Dolphin robot definitely has made my pool cleaning job so much easier. After 11 years of wrangling vacuum hoses, connecting to my sand filter and pump and manually vacuuming for hours on end I finally got a robot. I have not had to manually vacuum since it arrived. I wish I had bought one sooner. My pool is 30’ round and I usually let it run through a 3 hour cleaning cycle daily or every other day. The manual drive function doesn’t work that well. I do wish it would climb the wall for me to pick up when it finishes instead of me having to pull it up to the surface with the cord. I tried to use the manual drive feature for that but it is too much trouble and takes too long. The cord does get a little tangled but it isn’t hard to unwind. I do take the robot out of the pool, untangle and hang the cord nicely, rinse the unit and cover after each use. It was quite expensive so I want it to last a long time! Overall I am happy with the robot.

Had an arthritic Active 20 for 6 yrs before the M600, and the difference is amazing! We'll see how it likes oak leaves and acorns, and later the pollen and more oak debris. Could have done without the caddy, tho. This is FL and the pool cleaner does not travel, just goes in/out of the pool.

The cleaner does an amazing job! A little heavier that I expected, but just means I probably need to put it in and out of the pool instead of my wife.

John is an expert and willing to share his knowledge. My decision to purchase an M600 was easy once I knew the unit that would meet all my expectations. I have had the M600 for approximately a month and could not be happier.

Its really good, works great. The robot does everything it says it does and leaves my pool remarkably clean. As far as I can tell this is the best robot out there and I did a lot of research. I bought this after having an absolutely terrible experience with Aiper sending me a dead product and trying to get out of their return commitment. Pelican is the best!

Very pleased with my purchase. Everything works as good or better than advertised. I have a covered pool with most of the cleaning needs are on the floor. The robot does its thing under the cover and cleans the floor better than ever with much less power used than the previous cleaner. The app with all the cleaning modes is very helpful and makes things very quick and simple giving me full control. Thanks for this great product.

It's a workhorse, but it fails to overcome a small 8" shelf below the waterline. Given that, it's not able to brush the waterline. I would expect with AI that it would be able to map the pool and become very efficient at cleaning (like my 8 year old Roomba). Instead, it randomly bumps around the pool without any indication of a pattern it's following.

It is working great! The folks at Pelicans Shop were so easy and nice to work with.

This is the pool cleaner that I have needed for years. Love the optional filters to meet any needs. The app has been great so far. Love the pick me up feature. When the cycle is over just ask it to come to the surface to be picked up. No need to tug on the cable to bring it to the surface. Very cool. Love that I can drive it manually if needed. Just takes a little getting used to. Highly recommend this pool cleaner.

Pelican Shops provides the shopper with the most detailed information out there. Their website makes sense out of a bewildering array of products, even within the fantastic Maytronics brand. And don't overlook their videos. I bought the M600, and though it is pricey, I couldnt be happier with my robot! Scrubs the waterline like nobody's business!

Our water has never been this clean! Amazing difference from our suction vacuum hose that we used for years. We also will not need to backwash nearly as often because so much silt and fine particles are captured in the fine mesh screens of our Dolphin. We love it!

I've had the m600 for about 2 months. The process of ordering and receiving it was smooth and without any issues. It was delivered within 2 or 3 days. Being in NC I like the way Pelican has designed their business model. Feels local though many states away. The machine works as well as is claimed. Pool is clean! The app has been flawless. I like knowing when it will be done in planning for large swimming groups. The 1 hour bottom clean came in handy when a group was coming then and not enough time for regular clean. So far a definite step up from the Premier.

He works every nite with his disco lights going to make the pool beautiful during the day.

Fantastic pool vacuum. I thought that my pool water was clear before, but it's noticeably cleaner now. It's amazing how much fine silt that it picks-up that I can't even see on the bottom of the pool. Wish I had bought an M600 a long time ago!

It does a great job. I had an old Polaris. This thing is like a Cadillac compared to a Yugo. I’m having to learn it. I love the basket. So much easier to clean. The only drawback is I had to pull up instructions online. No big deal. Just a little extra work. I won’t ever go back to regular Polaris.

This is a huge upgrade from my Nautilus CC plus. I never imagined that my pool water would look so crystal clear. This has cut back my pool maintenance time to a minimum, well worth the cost.

Personnel at Pelican was knowledgeable, courteous and provided pro's and con's on the different models and I settled on the M600. I had a Premier robot previously, worked well for 10+ years and finally decided it needed a break so I purchased the M600. Good service, app works well and the fact that you can instruct it to walk up to top of pool when taking it out of the pool is a great feature.

The cleaner does a great job of sweeping up the tiny pebbles and other small things in the pool. The only thing I am disappointed in is the apparent randomness of its path on the bottom of my kidney-bean shaped pool. There are some areas that it does not appear to completely clean. However, the good news is the fact that I can "drive" the robot with my cell phone to get to those areas - not ideal but at least I can clean up the few remaining areas somewhat efficiently.

I bought the M600 about two months ago. Does a great job cleaning the pool and filters and basket are easy to clean. Buy one you’ll love it!

Everything I was hoping for . Perfect pool all the time

Received my M600 today got it right into my 16 X 32' by 11' deep pool. This cleaner is beautifull it did a great job for a first run and me learning how to use it . It might seem like it's a bit expensive but if you average out all the skimmer cleaner's that cost aprox $700.00 and seem to last about 3 yrs. It was definetly the right choice for me as it will be the last cleaner I will ever have to purchase. Gota love it.

Really enjoying the power of the M600. It is very thorough and is able to handle my 20x40 even with a 9.5’ depth and steeper walls in the hopper. It is easy to clean and the app is easy to operate.

The M600 pool robot works great! Very easy to use and it does a great job cleaning the pool and water line. It is also easy to clean the filter and when finished and store with the caddy.

Great robot vacuum and Great service from Pelican.

Quite frankly my old Dolphin DX6 seemed to cleaned the pool floor better than the M600. While the top basket is easier to clean the bottom bag cleaned the pool floor better. The M600 signals it is full rather quickly when there isn’t much debris in the basket. While the M600 has more cleaning options I generally use it on ultra clean for 2.5 hours (maximum option) and it still leaves debris on the floor I would have expected it to pick up.

This thing almosts climbs out of the pool cleaning the water line. It is awesome.

This is a serious pool cleaner. It is easy to clean with the pullout basket, and it has plenty of power for climbing the walls. Others have mentioned the sideway motion when cleaning tile line...awsome!

Sometimes you just get what you pay for. This one might be a little pricey but, in my mind, it was worth it because it does a fantastic job. My pool has never looked better in the 13 years I have owned it. The kids use the pool a lot more because it looks so inviting now. I previously had a Pool Shark robot, and it helped, but it did not do a particularly good job and it often got stuck on the drain cover. It also did not make it all the way up the walls or do the water line. This thing gets just about every last inch of the pool. It does the floor, the walls all the way up and the tile. It even gets on to the steps to a certain degree and a shelf that I have on the other end of the pool. I have occasionally seen this one get stuck on top of my tall drain cover, but it's smart enough that after a few moments it figures it out, reverses its little thrusters and blows itself off of it before landing in a safe spot to start again. I've also been using another brand of solar skimmer that's been helping quite a bit. The filters in this are very fine and it gets so much more out of the pool that I seem to be using less chlorine as well. I have thrown this in immediately after my pool guy got done and it pulled up a whole bunch of stuff he missed in its filters. I can't speak to longevity yet, but if this thing lasts a reasonable amount of time, I'm very happy with the purchase. I'm not going to take off any stars for it, but I would prefer that were more controls on the power supply instead of solely having to use the app to change things.

Decent but not great, definitely not worth over $2k . I have a fully functional 10 year old Maytronics Dolphin p5. I Never had issues with it, I simply wanted more filtration and an “upgrade “ but the m600 actually was not an upgrade, more of a downgrade!! …. The brand new M600 barely gets up walls and I mean barely!!! It slides off the walls and floats back down to the bottom more frequent then actually climbing the walls, so I ONLY use floor only mode. The m600 does NOT come to the surface when it’s done either. It just sits there. Good luck with the manual controls to get it up and out!! The m600 definitely leaves something to be desired. I am not saying it’s bad or junk but it is not great nor worth over 2k either. …. Just saying you will not be very impressed by the multiple things it CANNOT do!! Now for the filtration , it’s spot on , the caveat is You will have to go behind everywhere it misses on the floor and or cannot stay on the walls. Keep in mind this pool is 💯💯 crystal clear, zero algae and the 10 year old Dolphin p5 laps this thing and climbs walls with zero problems and I mean ZERO!! Maytronics needs to scrap this unit or make this thing weigh about 10lbs lighter and add some actual traction, seriously this thing is so ignorant it does wheelies on the flat floor of the pool. The extra blow ports/jets to keep this unit on the wall is an absolute joke!! Save the $1k and buy a lesser model Maytronics. The unit has close to 70 full (2.5hr) cycles in the pool and has never got any better from day one so don’t let the Ai “it gets smarter” fool you. Gets stuck everytime on the main drain (even turned off) so you will have to go get it off. Just keep in mind, not much about the m600 is set it and forget it… it’s 2.5 hours of babysitting. I would give it a 2.5 out of 5, ….and yes, I would DEFINITELY sell the m600 💯💯💯💯💯 to recoup at least some of my money.

The M600 seems to function well. My only problem is with the caddy. It was designed for an earler design of the Control Unit but the caddy was not updated when the Controll Unit was changed. I like to keep the control unit in the lower position where it gets less sun. When I tilt the caddy to move, the Control Unit falls out. One would think that for a premium priced unit, they would have considered an adaption before shipping. Possibly you could send me a prototype fix for this for testing?

I also purchased the storage cart and cover, which I consider an absolute must-have for keeping everything perfectly organized and protected. If you are on the fence about making this investment, let me clear it up for you: do yourself a favor and buy it. I highly recommend both the vacuum and the cart without hesitation. Do not waste your time or money on the cheap, cordless models flooded all over social media right now. My neighbor bought one of those, and it doesn't even come close to the power and thoroughness of this machine. The M600 is worth every single penny!

I have had my in ground pool for 8 years. Bought this vacuum cleaner last year(2024). I can’t say enough good things about it. Easy to use and clean, about 10 minutes. My pool chemicals have been so much easier to maintain. Haven’t had any issues, wish I would have gotten one from the start.

I discovered this pool cleaner after watching a great YouTube video created by Pelican. The video was helpful in understanding the features that I needed and I called them an ordered this device. An added bonus of working with Pelican is they actually provide warranty service and pay for shipping to return the unit. I have used it six times and I am impressed with the quality of the robot and the effectiveness of the cleaning process. I have always done my own pool and hated dragging out the vac hose and priming it to get proper suction for the vac head. I did not always succeed in getting the pool bottom clean. This robot has power that exceeds the pool pump suction and it is very easy to use and cleaning the onboard filter is very easy. I highly recommend this pool cleaning robot.

Thoroughly cleans our 18x36 in ground pool and steps. Love the park feature. Easy to clean out. Super quiet. Software needs some improvements as it is a little slow to respond but it does work. I only used the Bluetooth connection as the WIFI in the pool area is unreliable.

We have had this pool vacuum once before and we loved it. Purchased a new one after 5 years and worn out parts, and it still does not disappoint. Does a great job crawling and cleaning walls up to water line. The basket is large enough that it can clean the toughest jobs.

Ordering was quick and easy and the product is great. Lots of good support documentation the Pelican web page. The cleaner is terrific. Climbs the walls and the active cleaner brushes does a terrific job cleaning. Love it and such a time saver.

Love this robot and am especially impressed with the way in which it picks up fine silt/sand. I have had lower end Maytronics/Dolphin robots and it just did not compare. The M600 was definitely worth the extra money. Also, staff at Pelican was great when I called. We moved into a home with a pool this summer and inherited a used Aiper. It did a decent job except it frequently got stuck spinning on a drain. After its death we wanted to get away from cordless bots and chose the M600. My 4 year old grandson named him T-Rex which seems an appropriate name based on his appetite for gobbling up debris. While I can’t speak to T-Rex’s longevity we have been very satisfied with his performance both on floors and walls. He does a better than expected job on corners and the diving well. He initially sat once on the drain but it hasn’t happened since so he may have been messing with me. The M600 is a bit pricey but thus far has performed as advertised and seems to be a very solid pool robot and we are happy with this investment.

The M600 is a Cadillac in the world of robotic pool cleaners. I've had a Maytronics Dolphin Deluxe 4 from the time I got the pool built and this M600 runs circles around and out cleans it hands down. Ease of basket emptying and cleaning is awesome. Remote feature via app is a big plus too. So far I have zero issues with it.

This pool sweep is excellent! So much better than others I have tried over the years. It is heavy when you take it out of the pool but not a huge problem.

I originally purchased this due to lots of pollen I was getting in my pool. I was disappointed that it didn’t do as good jobs. I had hoped on the pollen. It would blow as much of it into the water as it would pick up making the pool cloudy I don’t believe any robot would do any better than this one in this scenario. For all other cleaning duties and debris, including the waterline this works very well.

Cleans very well and filters the water nicely. Only complaint is it sometimes gets stuck on the bottom drains. Also, it would be nice if there was a button to retrieve it from the pool on the motor and not only on the phone. Sometimes kids or other people want to take it out and have to use the cord.

The Dolphin M600 is probably overkill for my pool but it has been fantastic. The Dolphin M600 is easy to set up and my pool has never been cleaner. The caddy it comes with also makes it easy for transporting and storage.

Love the convenience of just dropping it in the water and letting it clean. The basket makes it super easy to dump out debris and rinse off the filter. App gives a lot of options for clean time and areas which I appreciate.

Cleans great but extremely frustrating user interface. Completely dependent on app which has horrible connectivity and functionality. Pick me up mode is disappointing as the robot often goes to an inaccessible spot of the pool (like the waterfall). Disappointed in Dolphin as this feels like a beta product.

I purchased after I tried out the Aiper Scuba S1 Pro. I concluded that battery-powered robots are not a good match for my pool/my workflow. I recorded M600 and played back at 20x and can see the M600 had great coverage of the double-kidney shaped pool I have. No issues with main drain at all.

We're having a great time watching the Dolphin M600 go back and forth cleaning the pool, and periodically climbing up the wall to the water line. We initially wanted a battery-powered robot so there wouldn't be a cord in the water, but the M600 is working out fine.

We have fiberglass pool with a sun ledge that is the full width of the pool. The M600 climbs the steps and gets on the sun ledge but runs out of water and reverses. It does the floor the best and does a decent job on the walks and waterline. The ultra filter does a real good job filtering fine dirt that gets kicked up and swirled around.

It's the best robotic cleaner I have ever had. It's a little pricy but does a great job.

I have used my M600 5 times and so far, I'm loving it! What a joy to not have to drag out the vacuum hose and prime it and manually clean the pool. My experience with Pelican was equally satisfying. I watched their videos before making my decision to purchase. I also spoke with John personally over the phone and he promptly cleared up any of my remaining questions. Delivery was impressively fast and initial setup of the machine was a breeze. Post-use cleanup is easy especially after the unit climbs up the wall for retrieval. The only remaining question is how long this unit will last. It appears to be built very well.

We love our new Dolphin M600! After 18 faithful and solid years of service, it was time to retire our old Dolphin unit (it still works and we have it as a back up!!!). It picks up the smallest dirt and trash to the larger chunks and leaves. It truly makes pool maintenance a breeze. This is an outstanding robot. It does have an issue getting onto the tanning ledge because the water is so shallow but that’s to be expected from any robot with respect to a tanning ledge. Great experience with Pelican Shop. Sales person called me back right away and he walked me thru options for my application. Very accommodating to discount codes and promotions. Package arrived within 1week, very fast shipping and delivery (NJ - TX). M600 is working great. I don't have a huge pool, but it gets the job done all the same. I have a Polaris cleaner also which relies on water, but since M600 doesn't require water pressure, I'm able to run the pump at lower rpm, easier on pump maintenance I hope.

I have a large in ground pool and the M600 does the job. The filter basket is large enough to handle most cleaning challenges. So far, no issues whatsoever with the performance of this robot. Vacuum offers a good programing number of options and run times. my only complaint is that when you unplug the unit and plug it back in it reset back to its normal programming mode. Over all a great vacuum.

I was looking to replace an antique robot cleaner that the previous home owner left behind. We only used it several times and it didn't do much. I found out about Dolphin cleaners and started researching; in the confusion I found the chart from Pelican equating the different models and that made the search much easier. After talking to Ricky and getting questions answered I went back on the web and discovered the 30 minute video they did. I called back again with more questions and they were all answered. I chose the M600 because it hit all the right buttons. I could have gone with a lower-priced 3-motor bot but they all had cartridges rather than a larger filter basket. At any rate, they gave me a good deal and the extended warranty plan. Doogie (the bot) has only been in the pool twice so far but I'm pretty happy with it and Ricky and John at Pelican. I've altready recommended them to another pool owner.

I love the Dolphin m600 pool cleaner. I have named it Harry because it is a prince of a cleaner. It cleans floor, walls and waterline hardly missing a speck of dirt. The basket holds large and fine debris and is very easy to clean. It’s easy to program with the iPhone app. The cart makes it easy to move to the pool and neatly stores the robot. The only negatives are that it can’t clean the stairs beyond the bottom step, and it doesn’t return the same side of the pool from where it was launched. I haven’t mastered the manual joystick yet and have difficulty driving to the preferred pick up point. I highly recommend this easy to uses robot.

So far vacuum is working well. A little more work to clean and store than my old vacuum which was not electronic and we just left in the pool most of the time, but this one is much better at cleaning the pool.

I am really happy with the performance of this unit. I did have an issue with the power pack, but Pelican Shops corrected it immediately, and I was back in action within two days. My pool looks great, and this thing really picks up the fine stuff! The only improvement I would make is to make the power box more functional. The settings controlled only by the app, meaning the box on the device is a simple on/off. Don't get me wrong - that still works and it still does its job. However, other users in my family who aren't as app-centric as I am can't get to the settings and the return to me feature. This is an expensive item, to be sure, but in my view, worth it.

I am very happy with my M600 Dolphin Robot. I watched videos by the Dolphin Doctor and called Pelican Shops and asked several questions and was able to order my robot that day. It arrived in just a few days and I have been using it every day since. I have a free form shape pool and was worried about the ledges and steps, but my M600 Robot cleans everything!!

I'm glad i spent extra for the basket on the top.at first i was thinking it's going to be a lot of work always cleaning after each use but this cleaner does such a great job that cleaning the filters are a breeze. mainly because there's not a lot of debris in the filters if your using this thing two to three times a week. suction creeper never cleaned my pool this will or fast.

use it only twice so far ,works well as described , did not watch thru the whole cycle to determine the area covered but quite a bit of debris were picked up. follow up comments will come later after a longer term usage

Love this vacuum!! It picks up all the gritty sand and fine particles along with keep the algae away! The cord does not get twisted in the pool but it does give you a run for your money trying to get it to hang on the caddy neatly, LOL

I did a lot of research and definitely picked the right one. M600 Dolphin has fulfilled my expectations with superb wall climbing, waterline cleaning, step cleaning, and speedy floor cleaning with 0 hang ups. It comes with the cart too. One button operation for non tech people or an app for those with electronic abilities. The Dolphin Dr on YouTube is a plethora of information about the products. It comes with an in house warranty from the seller who services their units. Pelican is my recommendation for your Dolphin robotic pool cleaner !

The M600 works like a champ!

I wanted to provide a quick update after 4 months of use of my M600. With theses extended rain storms in the SF Bay Area this winter, there are a lot of leaves and stuff in the pool every week. Have to say the M600 is an absolute work horse and its performance is clearly surprising.

My pool is a freeform pool with a dual level tanning area, a beach entry and decorative rocks sticking in some areas into the pool. The navigation of my previous Polaris Pilot was completely overloaded with this pool, it got stuck in multiple locations and had 3 repairs in the first 3 years until I replaced it with a simple Hayward suction side cleaner. Trying to understand the different Maytronics robots, I found John Kozas's YouTube video. It is the best explanation of the Maytronics models that I was able to find. This combined with the Pelican Shop inhouse service commitment caused me to call John. He was able to answer my questions and the robot arrived in California in less then a week after the call. I have used the M600 now 3 times. Good build quality and a large super handy filter basket!!! It really cleans the floor, the walls (amazing climber) and the waterline including the rocks. It goes onto the tanning area and drives around. Doesn't clean the beach entry - good thing it knows that it is out of the water and turns around. Did not get stuck once yet! Amazingly good navigation. The remote control app on my phone allows me to go to the areas that need more help. Spend 2-3 min @ each clean. I do a quick touch up with the brush in couple of areas (2 min) - kind of fun. The pick me up mode sometimes doesn't go to the wall I want but it is very convenient otherwise. Again the remote control app allows you to go to where you stand. I have at least a 15-20 min time saving vs. my prev. 2 cleaners. Oh yes, the anti tangling swivel is a fantastic improvement vs. the Polaris I had. I would say it is a must to have the anti tangling swivel on every pool robot. Not having to untangle the cable saves time and nerves. The robot came with a caddy that was easy to assembly, looks good and does the job.

Arrived in 3 days. Fast shipping. Easy assembly and hookup to wireless network. Used in two pools so far. It works great, picks up everything missed with vacuum. It does not have to be baby sat like the older one and does not get stuck on ladders, drains, or steps, and the cord does not tangle. So far so good. Highly recommended.

Well we just were hit by Hurricane Ida and my pool was full of debris. I was able to get the limbs out and most of the leaves but could not retrieve about 10 gallons (2 5 gallon buckets) of very small twigs and leaves. My pool is 30 x15 and goes from 3’ to 6’, rectangular. I put the Dolphin in but due to no internet connection, I had to have it work on the presettings which meant wall (which I did not need). Every 1/2 hour I stopped it and cleared the collection section. The Dolphin ran for about 4 to 6 hours, not sure because I kept having to stop it to clean the collector. I am testifying that by the end my pool looked like nothing had happened. I like my Dolphin, I just wish I could have controls both on the phone and on the equipment. Also, prior to the hurricane I was still having problems with the phone app. I also have a tanning deck that the water is 1’ deep and the vacuum flips on its back and gets stuck when it goes up the wall, it doesn’t always happen. I also wish they made one that handled shallow water and maybe a smaller version to fit in this area and in my spa (this one is just a tad to wide to go where the steps are in the spa (I have a square spa with a center piece, so the vacuum has to go around the edge and this one can go around three sides only). I really recommend the Dolphin, I don’t recommend using it this way very often but I am very happy I had this vacuum and not my prior, other brand, vacuum. Thank you, Ida (yes, ironic)

Very nice cleaner. My last one was an Aquabot turbo. Worked very well. Actually climbed the wall and steps faster, but this unit cleans better and faster. I also like cleaning the debris box better than the Aquabot bag. So far so good!!

The M600 is working well right now. It cleans the pool really well. It has only cleaned the pool about 10x right now, so I'll be interested in how it holds up over a few years. It is a 30,000 gallon gunnite pool, so it will get used hard.

I've had the M600 less than two weeks. I used it three times and so far it is everything I expected and more. The M600 picks up debris but more impressive is its ability to pick up the finest silt that spreads across the bottom of the pool. The first time I used it was just after my pool service cleaned the pool. I picked up about two pounds of fine dirt and sand. The second time was three days later and it again piked up a lot sand and pebbles spalling of the pebble tek pool surface, but it was decidedly less than the first use. The third time picked up even less material and my pool was spotless. I plan on using the unit once per week or more often if needed, say after a party. In the meantime I am enjoying the show it puts on while cleaning my pool bottom and walls.

The unit is an excellent system and good evolution of these types of cleaners. The basket is better than the old bags. The cord doesn't seem to tangle as well. It is fast and thorough. Glad I made the purchase. Pelican Shops was fast and quick for getting the item to me.

I have used the Maytronics Dolphin Premier for over 13 years. It did a good job but did not scrub the algae well. I know it was the older model and maybe the later Premier is improved. I tried the Dolphin Quantum Plus, it got hung up on the pool main drain(slightly elevated and pump OFF). After speaking with The Pelican Shop, I purchased the Dolphin M400. I am seeing debris being picked up that I have not seen before and it doesn’t get hung on the main drain. The 3 brushes and active brush scrubs really well. It is a lot heavier than my older Premier and the Quantum Plus, probably due to the extra motor and gyros. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the support of The Pelican Shop.

This is our second machine and we love it!! Wouldn’t want a different machine! It does the job!!

When I use my vac the blue light changes to alternating blue and green/yellow even when nothing is in the filter. I'm told that it is a software problem and to ignore it. I'm not happy with be satisfied with this flaw.

It is a great robot, we had one before and it wore out after 10 years and therefore we ordered another one, we hope we get another 10 years

Good cleaner but very pricey. Cleans well but I worry about the plastic cover cracking. It was double the cost of our cc plus which we couldn't reorder since maytronics changed the cord length on all there reasonably priced vacuums Pelican however was great to work with, got the vacuum to us quickly and they are very knowledgeable and responsive. They get an Aplus. Maytronics a D minus.

Love this cleaner. My pool is new and while the construction was going on the cleaner kept things clean. I love cleaning the filter and seeing the dirt it picked up.

Does a great job cleaning the pool. Minor problems. To retrieve robot from the pool, you need to pull the cord. This goes against everything I have learned. I could purchase a hook and put it on a long pole. Second, it doesn't have a dedicated caddy. The universal caddy works, but a dedicated caddy would be a lot better. Instructions for putting universal caddy together is not great. Additionally, I purchased the regular cover. Very thin and I don't expect it to last. Since I live in a dusty area, I only use the fine filter and it quickly fills up and needs to be cleaned. Again I am happy with the job it does. I would purchase it again without hesitation.

This is our second M400. The first one lasted for five years. When it was time to buy a new one, there was really no other choice. It works great and very efficient. Also very easy to clean and store. The cart is a must have for us because once clean we roll it into our garage to store for next use.

This is replacing a 13 year old Dolphin Nautilus. I really liked the old one, but it quit working last year just before it was time to close the pool. I looked everywhere and finally decided to get the M400. So far I really like this robot, being able to start the cycle from my phone is a big upgrade. So far it is doing a great job.

This is my second Dolphin for last 15 years. So far working good! Hope its gonna last like the other one more then 10 years.

This unit replaced the M500, which lasted 9 years. The M400 is similar to the M500 that we had. So far it works well, gets the job done, and we're happy with it.

Works great. This is my second one in 6 years. My last one was hit by lightning. Only had to replace the rollers on the last one after a few years. Low maintenance pool cleaner for a low maintenance pool.

It was super easy to order from Pelican Shops. They must have shipped my order that day because it arrived all the way to New Mexico super quickly. And the Dolphin---it is the best! Love it. Highly Recommend!

I have had this m-400 pool cleaner for a month now, it cleans the bottom of the pool real good, but I have not yet seen it clean the sides or waterline. It says it will clean waterline, bottom, sides. I find no cycle modes but it says 2.5 hour total clean And a 1.0 bottom quick clean! Disappointed that it only is cleaning bottom!! Edit: Great customer service, problem has been solved thanks, Luke!

I bought one in 2016. Used it for 4 yrs. Moved away from pool home. Gave it to my Dad. He has been using that one for 6 yrs with no problems. I ended up building my forever home after retirement and originally bought the scuba pro. POS. Ended up returning that machine and went with my new dolfin M400 and this is what it picked up going right behind the SMP. So. All I can is if you dont think this machine is good. Here is the absolute truth it does. Down to the finest tiny little particles. I give it a 20 out of 10. You will not be disappointed I. An promise you that.

In researching pool cleaners for some time, we found there are lots of different opinions about the best cleaner. But with the help of our Rep at the Pelican Shop, we decided on the Dolphin M400. Best choice ever! It took three cycles for the cleaner to determine its pattern, and since then has been terrific. Our biggest concern in purchasing a cleaner was that it would get stuck on the bottom 2 drains. This model was designed with a third brush, supposedly to help that issue. So far, so good! We are very happy with the whole purchasing experience!

Got this to ensure does not get stuck on drains. It does not. Runs right over them with ease. Built like a tank. Dawback would be its a bit heavier then my older model. Seems to clean very well.

This is my second Dolphin pool robot and, like the first, it does a wonderful job. I like that it allows me, if I wish, to control the pathway of the robot manually. I do not use this feature often but when I do so, it works very well. My prior Dolphin pool robot lasted for 8 years before developing issues but, to be honest, it was abused in that I used it every day and left it sitting in the pool until it became necessary to clean the filters. Its a wonderful device and dealing with Pelican was a very good experience.

This is my only source of vacuuming my pool and it is absolutly one of the best investments i made. Leaves me with satisfaction every time i use it and lets me relax. great machine and Pelican was absolutely helpful and trustworthy with their recommendation, pricing and shipping.

Super easy to clean and great that it does walls and waterline but unit is heavy. The app is a nice option too. It missed some spots on the floor but I don’t know if it just takes multiple cycles for the unit to learn the pool, but so far so good…….time will tell

I gave a 4 star because It works good on straight pools with no steeps or Baja, it gets stuck on the steeps and won’t climb up to the Baja part so that means I have to scrub the part of the pool my self .🤦🏽‍♂️ and will be nice if I could get notifications when it does so I can go get it unstuck. also WiFi connection doesn’t work sometimes I have to keep reconnecting pretty much start setup all over again every time. Other than that works good.

I am most thankful for the video breaking down all of the maytronic robotic cleaners. It was very helpful especially for someone who chooses to support retail storefronts. I was also very interested in the warranty as I ran into a warranty issue with my present cleaner. It was handled with ease and that cleaner lasted 8 years.

the M400 is a much better machine than the previous machine we had. The third set of scrubbers makes a huge difference in how much debris is picked up. The only shortcoming is that the M400 does not go all the way up on the walls to scrub the tile. We have a concrete pool with a pebble type finish. The depth of the pool runs from 3.5 feet deep on each end to 5 feet in the middle.

Second one 1st lasted 10 years how ever this one does n ot appear to be as heavy

The ultra fine filters that come with the M400 make all the difference for my Arizona pool — which gets no leaves but plenty of dust. As clean as the pool looked when I put the vac in, I couldn’t believe the mud in the filters! Very happy with this purchase.

So far a month in it's been fantastic. The only downside I have found is that it doesn't learn the pool. This would be nice to improving the app going forward. Telling the bot to focus in corners, avoid this spot, work this waterline more, etc. Still 5* happy!

I had 2 other Dolphin Pool Cleaners (an S200 and Premier). This M400 is the only one that doesn't get stuck on the drain covers.

Works great. Especially love the ultra fine filters for my pool .. I dont get leaves but we have alot of dust storms here in the desert. The filtration in this vac is amazing!

There is a fabric sleeve inside each filter that gets clogged up with leaves from the bottom of the pool from just one cleaning. Because of these clogs, the rest of the filter space remains mostly empty. This seems to be a design flaw. We’ve been cleaning the filters because of this after every cycle. If I knew this would be the case, I would have looked for a model with a better filter design.

Love my new Dolphin M400. Pelican was a great resource and the main deciding factor to spend a little more than I initially intended but I believe I will have a better value long term. Thanks!

The Dolphin M400 is easy to use, does an excellent job cleaning my pool and does not get stuck on my main drain cover or behind my ladders. I am thrilled. The price was more than I had hoped to spend but after reading hundreds of reviews and speaking with representatives from the Dolphin website as well as the Pelican Shops, I knew I had to “take the plunge” and the M400 was the only one robot that was recommended and had no main drain complaints. Pros: the cartridge net filters are much easier and faster to clean than the bag style I had been using for years. The ultra fine filters do an outstanding job picking up the sand, fine dirt and dead pine needles which make up most of the dirt in my pool. The M400 has easily navigated over my new “safety” drain cover and freed itself from underneath the bottom step of the ladder and the wall, without any issues. The power cable has a swivel the really does prevent the cable from getting tangled with the robot. This little guy can move too, there is nothing slow about it. I enjoyed watching it zip around my pool the first time I put it in. It seems to be moving very randomly but the whole pool is clean when it shuts off, so I don’t care where it wants to go while it’s getting the process done! Cons: The M400 is a little heavy, especially when removing it from the pool when it’s full of water. But it’s not a dealbreaker for me. All its great qualities make the weight worth lifting! I would definitely recommend buying the cart. With everything contained on the cart, it does make life easier. After quickly saving the power supply as it started falling from its mount on the cart, I did add a zip tie around the handle of the power supply that will fit over the mounting bracket on the cart. I kept the zip tie loose enough so it can be taken off for use and looped back over the bracket when it’s back on the cart, problem solved. Right now using the App is a work in progress for me. I still haven’t been able to get the App to work properly. It keeps losing either the WiFi or the Bluetooth connection. My signal isn’t great so that doesn’t help. I wanted to try steering the robot to a problem spot with pine needles in the deep end corner, but had issues with steering and keeping it connected. There are no real instructions for working the steering or much of anything else on the app. I’m currently looking through YouTube videos for help. I can see that steering it is going to take some practice. I need to give it another try when it’s not so hot and sunny by the pool, in the meantime I just give the corner a quick sweep before the robot goes in. If I continue having problems with the App I will contact someone at Pelican Shops for advice. The Pelican Shops staff have been extremely helpful to me through this purchase. Their online chat is easily accessible and everyone is extremely willing to answer questions without being condescending. I would definitely recommend Pelican Shops. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and made this entire purchase, quick and easy. After 2 years of searching I am happy I finally chose the Dolphin M400. It is nice to see that this robot is no longer spinning in a circle on top of the drain and the pool is now clean, algae free, has no waterline film and is crystal clear water!

I like this vacuum cleaner. It is heavy and a pain to put in the pool and take it out and then cleaning it, but I like it. It does a good job. It went up to our third step today. It had not done that before.

The Dolphin 400 is easy to use and clean. It picks up well. Unfortunately, my pool is suffering from algae and I am having a hard time getting it back to normal. Once that happens I am sure the Dolphin will be my new best friend! In spite of all the algae gunk, Dolphin picked up so much of this I was impressed! I was unable to claim my rebate because the site did not recognize the serial number and now the deadline has passed. My fault for not pursuing it. You make a great product. Thank you!

I have a small 8,500-gallon pool, and this cleaner works exceptionally well for it. Before making my purchase, I had several questions about Dolphin Cleaners at Pelican Shops. Absolutely LOVE my M400. Pelican Shops was amazing. Very. Helpful before purchase And recommended the right product for my pool without a cage, the product shipped right on time. Product came undamaged and works perfectly. Simply connect the robot, plug it in, put it in the pool, it's runs 2.5 hours, the app notifies me when it's done. You can also manual drive it up to the edge of the pool to get it out as well. Freaking amazing.

Many years ago I bought one of the first Dolphin robots on the market. This past year it died. Before I bought a new robot I researched them thoroughly, always coming back to the "Dolphin Maytronics" brand. Once I decided on the Dolphin 400 series, then I needed to settle on the vendor. I investigated every pool supply place on line, and all of them had no service policy. The return policies were harsh, but if the product was to work as advertised, one needn't be concerned with returning the item. (But who knows what can happen, no matter what?) Quite by accident I discovered the Pelican Shop of Morris Plains, NJ. They were knowledgeable and courteous. My experience with the Pelican Shop was 100% excellent. I highly recommend them! My new Dolphin robot is terrific. It is a tremendously upgraded machine, compared to its predecessor. So easy to clean! No more bags to empty, just simple cartridges that you hose down and put back in place. We named our robot "The Little Guy" and it does a terrific job of cleaning our 20X40 inground pool. The cleaner worked pretty good but it missed some spots and it was releasing dirt back into the pool even with the pleated filters.

I got the M400 as recommended by the dealer. But honestly, I really liked my old Premier model better. I believe it picked up debris and even dirt/sand better then the M400. The M400 does a pretty good job once the pool is clean.

It cleans “ok”. The swivel on the cord is a must have nowadays, so I love the tangle free design. Having two separate debris traps to clean is a pain and each one breaks down into three pieces that has to be taken apart to hose out. If I new it was going to be so annoying I wouldn’t have got this unit.

M400 is an effective pool cleaner and is able to clean the waterline of my pool. You need to be careful with which slot the bar is placed in as it impacts how high on the wall the vacuum will reach. The back slot seems to give the robot the most buoyancy.

Ordered the Dolphin m400 and it works really well. I would recommend this robot for cleaning up small debris. I had the fine filters in the robot and it picked up sand from the bottom of the pool.

So the Dolphin M400 works pretty well but isn’t perfect and I don’t think any pool cleaner is perfect. Dolphin has been working on this design for a while and it looks just like the Supreme M4. The cleaner seems to struggle a bit with the concave design of my deep end and will slide down at times and miss some areas. Overall the filtration is really excellent. It filters and picks up most items on the bottom of the pool. I think for a free form pool like mine this probably isn’t the best and would do better with a rectangular pool. That’s the only way that I would recommend for someone to buy it and I think there are much better newer cleaners from Dolphin that do a better job.

Spoke at length with one of the Pelican Shops reps who confirmed the M400 would best suit my needs, replacing a 20+ year old Aquabot which could no longer be repaired. I initially tried a no name rechargeable unit which was underpowered; recharge time was a pain. Back it went. The M400 suits my needs, doing a great job cleaning my inground pool. It climbs the walls with no issues. Cartridges are easy to clean. The addition of ultra fine filters is a plus as they do a great job with algae. Run time is fine at 2.5 hours. The cart is a welcome addition to keep the cord from tangling. I'd recommend buying the cover to keep the control unit dry. The app is adequate, allows me to start the robot and check on progress. The buying experience from Pelican was exceptional. Highly recommended. No complaints about the robot or dealing with the folks at Pelican. My only hope is this unit lasts half as long as the robot it replaces.

We purchased our house over 2 years ago and along with the pool we got an M400 and let me tell you it works outstanding. This one has some age to it but it does such and great job each and every time. We are thinking of purchasing another one this fall, looking for the sales. I recommend it to anyone, my neighbor has borrowed it a few times as his does not work 1/2 as good as this one. We even named it Gladys. Lol.

Pelican Shops was very easy to work with and customize my order since I didn't need the caddy. Our Dolphin shipped quickly and arrived packed well and safely. The robot works great and is easy to clean. It came with 2 sets of filters so I set one up with the screens and the other with the denser fine filters. Works really well. The fine filters don't miss anything. I will shop with Pelican again when the need arises.

I am disappointed with Dolphin. 1st, I received a broken unit in the box, not due to shipping. Unit was replaced, but the replacement came with a bad power supply bar. Dolphin claimed it was a bad OLD supply bar and will replace with a new one, I am still waiting for a tracking number to show the unit being shipped. I really do not understand why did I receive an OLD unit the first place when I just purchased the cleaner less then a month. Now I am wondering if my replacement cleaner is a second hand refurbished unit rather then a new one like I paid for.

As this is our first pool robot I have nothing to compare it to, but we absolutely love it. We don't have ours on a set schedule, we just use it as needed Normally about every 2-3 days. It does a very good job at keeping our pool clean and the water crystal clear. The unit is somewhat heavy but my wife is the one that normally runs ours. I feel that if she lift it just about anyone can, as she isn't the strongest of people. I would definitely recommend getting this unit if you can afford it. I was only in contact with someone once at the Pelican company, but they were very helpful and had alot of knowledge of the products they sell. Items were shipped same day I ordered them and we got everything in a few days. Hopefully won't need the repair service but nice ţo know they have people onsite that have the ability to repair what they sell. All these things made it an easy decision to use them as our supply/ service center.

Let's be honest: a pool vacuum is pricey but worth every cent. I've had my vacuum for 3 months now and my app tells me it has saved me 177 hours of back-breaking work. This vacuum and understanding pool chemistry have been the two critical pieces for me and my family to finally enjoy our pool. John at Pelican is terrific; he includes an original cheat sheet which is the key points of wisdom an experienced pool vacuum user would've passed down to me. I had a minor technical issue and they are 1) responsive and 2) provide highly effective solutions.

My previous pool cleaner was the dolphin M5 Supreme. I was happy with its longevity…it lasted 11 years. The dolphin M400 that I just purchased is as awesome as the M5 (which is pretty awesome) and I’m hoping to get at least the same amount of life out of it.

I will never own a pool without a Dolphin robot. Does an excellent job cleaning the pool, wife and kids are amazed how good it works.

Fast delivery, came in one piece and worked when I plugged it in. Best cleaning my pool ever got. Picks up everything. Doesn't particularly like my stairs much but a little brushing takes care of that. I also like the manual mode for getting any hard spots. Had to use it a few times a on some missed debri. Takes some getting used to driving it, like trying to drive a drunk drone. Gets the job done! Highly recommended.

Our pool contractor recommended the M400 and we are very happy. This is our first pool so we don't have much to compare it to but the Dolphin is so easy to use. Just drop it in and it goes. It runs for 2.0 hours in our rectangular 10'x23'x5' pool and it's almost spotless afterwards, including the sides but FYI, it doesn't do the stairs. The only problem we have, which doesn't affect our use, is the connectivity with the cellphone through our dual band Wi-Fi home router. The M400 seems to only connect to 2.4ghz and our router bounces between 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz. But really, the connectivity isn't needed at all, it runs all by itself just fine. If you can afford it, this is way easier and much more convenient than running a vacuum attached to a pole all around your pool. I'm very happy we made the purchase. Plus the support by the Pelican store is very good. Thanks!

Robot works great, Picks up alot of dust here and leaves here in the Texas desert. I kept having to clean my de filter on a monthly basis, since purchasing robot I have realized how much dirt and dust was going straight into filter. My pump runs much more efficient and requires less maintenance.

Love my new robot. It does an amazing job. I got the Dolphin M400 because it had the features I was looking for.I wanted the ultra fine filtration and the anti swivel cord. Ultimately I spent more on this robot that I wanted to but I am glad I did. I could have gotten these features on a cordless battery powered robot for a lot less but if you have had any experience with battery powered equipment you pretty much know that after a couple of years you lose significant battery life and if you need to replace the battery it almost costs about as much as the unit itself. the M400 is a poweful unit. It moves a lot of water so you know it has a lot of suction and is filtering a lot of water. I don't need to wait for it to charge. It's always ready to go. The unit also conects to wifi. It will let me know when it's finished it's cleaning cycle. I can also contol it via the app on my phone and change its direction if there is a specific spot I want it to get. The only thing that would be better is if the unit was lighter. It is a pretty beefy unit and trying to lift it out of the water could be an issue for some.

So far works does a great job cleaning and gives me time to do other things.

Machine cleans the pool really well and as expected. The service from Pelican Shops were very fast shipping and very easy to deal with. Not mention, the very great prices. To get this particular cleaner I would've had to gone to a local pool store where I would've had to pay a lot more than what Pelican Shops sold it for.

John was great to work with. He answered all my questions. This is the second one we have owned. We love the dolphin. The only thing I’d like to say is the packaging needs to be changed somewhat. The plastic that is put on the ‘wheels/runners’ gets caught if not seen. It is very easily overlooked because it’s clear and then it gets stuck inside and have to take it all apart to get out. It caused our red light to come on more than once. We were certain we had all the plastic off but we didn’t because it was so hard to see. The color of the plastic needs to be other than clear.

Life changing purchase! This is my first pool cleaning robot. I am in my mid-sixties and it was becoming very difficult to clean the pool (18x36), particularly the deep end (9ft.), with the hose vacuum. I did a little online research on models and prices, and found the best price at Pelican. I called and the very helpful man (sorry, forgot his name) answered all my questions. I bought it over the phone and received it within a few days. We call her Hazel, and I couldn't be more pleased! Ready to go out of the box. So simple to operate. I thought I was getting my pool clean with the hose vacuum, but Hazel is now cleaning the pool better than I ever could. The filters are so easy to remove and rinse clean. I highly recommend this brand and model.

I am soapy Called and ended up with this for my pool, absolutely perfect. Highly recommend Pelican and they are my go to shop for everything going forward. Rare to find a place willing total ownership of a process from start to finish and it is refreshing when it happens.

Everything is great so far. Better than anticipated. Only have used it 3 x to date. Not too clear on capabilities of remote app. Thought I would be able to move robot in various directions remotely. If possible to do this, will figure it our. Overall, at this use juncture, prefer it to an AquaBot which I had used for 20 years previously.

I had a Dolphin for 22 years. It finally took it's last lap around the pool this Spring. So I started looking at new Dolphin's. The M400 is the closest model to my old Dolphin. Looks similar and the features are similar. What I like about this new Dolphin the ability to remote control it. For those times I just want to do a quick vacuum, I can just throw it in the pool and remote it to where I need to clean. It also does a very good job cleaning on the regular cycle which takes about two and a half hours. Two things I don't like. One, there's only one cycle. My old one had only one cycle, but most of the new models have several cycles to choose from. The second thing is the WiFi. It works fine. But like most computerized items, there will come the day when Maytronic's will stop supporting this OS, or, this Dolphin will no longer be compatible with the current technology to come. I guess at that time, this new Dolphin will be just like the old one. I'm happy with my purchase and hope I get somewhere near the 22 years I got with my old one.

The M400 from Pelican was competitively priced. Shipping was included in the price. Upon placing the order over the phone an e-mail was sent to me to confirm the order. The same day the M400 was shipped and then another e-mail was sent giving the UPS shipping details. Three days later the M400 was delivered in good condition. The next day the M400 was in the pool doing a great job cleaning the pool. I had a really positive experience with Pelican.

This machine is a real workhorse. It gets the job done well. I've had three Polaris side pressure cleaners. None worked well and all broke down in a short period of time. John at Pelican was most helpful and shipped the machine the day of purchase and I received it two days later. Great service!

The M400 works well. I put in in the pool and within two hours the pool is clean. The filters in this robot are easy to clean, simply rinse out with garden hose . I would recommend.

I read about ALL of the dolphin robots and I feel that the Active 3000 is exactly what my pool needed. it took a few runs for the robot to "know my pool" but now, it cleans it like a champ. super easy to operate, and a breeze to empty the basket. Love this robot - my only issue is sometimes it does not come to you as it should to get out of the pool.

Ordering was simple and straightforward. the robot was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I like the way it cleans but I am used to a cleaner that stays in the pool. So, having to put this in and take it out is cumbersome as I am not yet used to it. My pool is at a lower level so there is no place to store the caddie under roof. And, I don't have an outlet close enough so I have to stretch it from the pool pump area (behind the black iron fence to the left in the 2nd photo), which is a bit far, so the hose is not long enough to clean the opposite end including the steps, which means manual cleaning, not the ideal situation. I still have to hire qn electrician to add an outlet by the pool (cost??), and got a garden shed to put it down by the pool to house the caddy. Things I did not anticipate when buying a pool cleaner. It has been a bit of a headache, to say the least.

So far the Dolphin Active 3000 has been excellent. I have a fiberglass pool with lots of bump outs and a lip around the edge and its still able to get up there and clean the water line. It has a little trouble with the stairs and doesn't get onto the sun ledge but it does an amazing job everywhere else. The caddy is worth the extra cost and I've had no issues with any tangling or getting stuck. Ordering from Pelican was also fantastic experience.

Just got this Yesterday 5.26.2026, had bought one from Poolbots worst purchase of my life and paid 2x as much from a broken unit they didnt want to take back. Had no clue as I am a first time pool owner. Luckly ran across the video of all the different units and the real price and then it was a no brainer. Have only used it 4 times and my pool is crystal clear (liner is old) and it picked up everything. Got all the accessories with this unit and it comes with a 3 year warranty. Loaded it up on my cell phone and worked like a breeze. I have the caddy right next to the outlet no ext cord needed, and that area no one walks past. Cant wait to not have to do anything but put it in the water and let it do all the work. Also got a $75 rebate on this unit. Looking forward to a clean and simple pool life aside from chemicals. Dont buy a pool robot from anywhere else unless you want to pay more for a older model or used unit that will not last.

I ordered this back in April and shipping was really fast. We just opened our pool this weekend and so far after using it for just 3 cycles we love it. It is really easy to use and clean the filters and does a really good job.

Used it 3 times only, but it has performed perfectly. Cleans entire pool including the waterline. ultra fine filter captured the small stuff that would re-circulate past the filter when I used the wall vacuum. Huge time saver and quite effortless. I appreciate the fact that the Dolphin swims home when it is done.

Cleans everything in the pool; floor, walls, tile line (even coming out of the pool to clean the tile), and surprisingly it does the underside of our man-made boulders that come into the pool; cleaning upside-down (in the past my suction-side cleaner never cleaned the boulder or the tile). I am currently running the cleaner every-other day. I remove the unit after every cleaning. I also clean the filter after each use. I am amazed that the filter can trap algae.

I purchased the Dolphin Active 60 because I previously had 2 Polaris pool cleaners that broke so I decided to go a different route. The cleaner works great, the app is easy to use and the bin full notification is an amazing feature to have. No more pulling the robot out of the pool only to find you didn’t need to. The only complaint I have is when it does come time to take the robot out of the pool the lift system takes FOREVER! The robot takes a while to power up, when it does it can’t make up its mind where it wants to go, and when it does it seem to take the longest path possible. The main reason I bought this was because of the excellent customer service from Pelican Shops and their in-depth YouTube video. The guys over there are extremely knowledgeable and patient answer all my questions before making my purchase. I’m confident that if anything were to happen to this unit they would take care of it.

The Dolphin Active 60 was the best pick for my pool and environment. Like anyone trying to sort through the array of pool cleaners I feel I managed to pic the best and correct one for my application. The reason I was able to pic the correct one was watching the very intuitive video that Pelican Shops produced and I followed his recommendation. I am very impressed in the amount of sand and small particulates that it manages to remove. I am more than happy how it cleans the pool. Thanks Pelican Shops!

Pelican shop made the experience so much more enjoyable and easy. My robot is in the pool and cleaning is much easier.

In general it’s a 5 star review, with some pros and some cons. This machine does do great job cleaning floor and walls in 2 hr auto mode. When it’s done and some corners still need extra time, it’s next to impossible to enable the manual drive. Once you get there, it’s not simple to navigate, it is a delayed reaction, learning curve for sure. Next is the retrieval, it comes to the edge of the pool(expect some time to pass from the button push)but not where you prefer, but where it wants to come up. Ok, but then it does not stop immediately when you pull it out of the water and it’s heavy, so if you drop it on the pool edge and rubber wheels are still turn, expect some deterioration if not damage. Next are the filters, the pleated filters are probably best, but cleaning them is another task. Using so much water and still not getting it cleaned, with all seeds and little vegetation stuck in crevices is neither good for the environment nor the filters. Obvious choice is the nylon filters if you don’t mind little micro particles left in the pool. Lastly, the cord is a pain to wind, but luckily I was able to delegate! Bottom line, good machine, not cheap. Hope it lasts many years, some learning curve. Not for older people with heavy lifting issues. Have to keep it close to the internet hub to employ remote functions successfully. For me it’s a keeper for now.

I like how the well the dolphin cleans. But very disappointed that the pickup feature does not work. And the robot gets stuck on the floor drain even with the pump turned off.

Good Experience from start to finish

Great cleaner, easy to use. Keeps walls clean and gets the leaves and sand from bottom. I do believe I over bought the cleaner I really needed and could have used a machine with fewer options. Filters, Water line cleaning and warranty were my main concern. Not excited about WiFi and scheduling as you should remove machine from pool after every cleaning to protect the parts from chlorine over exposure. Hence scheduling is mute and WI Fi serves no purpose except its kewl.

Fundamentally works as advertised. Suggestions: a mapping system for the app to control areas and a tail to scoop up debris from corners would help.

Really nothing to complain about. Shipped promptly and in good order. Robot does everything as advertised and extremely easy to maintain with the dual filter basket feature.

It is a great robot. It cleans very well. But it is not good on climbing steps. But otherwise I would highly recommend it.

The Maytronics Active 60 is an extremely powerful and complete pool cleaning system. It picks up debris that none of my other pool cleaners would handle. Also, a 2 hour cleaning leaves a far cleaner pool. I am very pleased!

Cut down on cleaning time Clean the pool and doesn’t miss a spot Easy to remove and clean filters The best part is the wifi equipped make it very convenient for me. Only 1 negative thing is a little heavy and my wife can’t pull it up from the pool but she’s a very small woman. I do recommended this machine to everyone

Works pretty good. Had an early model dolphin dynamic 2002 that would get stuck on the bottom drain. This one does not get stuck. Pool is clean. Misses some spots on the first run but if I run it a second time pool is nice and clean. Easy to use and easy to clean with the top basket feature. Love the anti tangle cord. Big upgrade since my last dolphin because the cord would always get tangled. Also love that I can give it voice commands with my Apple Watch. Definitely worth the money.

Great robot! Upgrading from an Aquabot t1000 turbo that finally died. This robot does not get caught on the bottom drain like the Aquabot, is about 100x easier to empty debris out of and clean. Love the scheduling features, different clean options, cool night lights... And the "pick me up" option for easy retrieval at the edge of the pool!

The Dolphin Active 60 is amazing! It does a great job of cleaning my entire pool (as well as the walls and waterline). I am very pleased with the product, but even more impressed with the service I've received from Pelican Shops. This is my second Dolphin cleaner. It is a great unit very easy to set up and the app was also very easy to set up and use. Nothing bad to say this unit may not be the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. I love Maytroincs and Dolphin you cant go wrong.

Outstanding pool cleaner. Dolphin is expensive, but worth the money. My only hesitation on the Dolphin Active 60 is that it doesn’t get the sand on the pool steps. But , either does my pool service guy. The Dolphin Active 60 does a Great job. Always ready to clean….👍
